Morning is for breakfast – the most important meal


We always hear that breakfast is the most important meal of the day for children and adults — and it’s true. After sleeping all night, brain needs a supply of glucose — or blood sugar. That’s the brain’s basic fuel. Without glucose, brain might have difficulty understanding new information, and remembering things as well. Breakfast also provides the body the energy it needs to keep active all day. Many studies have shown that children who regularly eat breakfast have much more benefits than children who don’t.
